All orders under £30 are charged at a flat rate of £2.99 for postage and packing. For orders over £30 you qualify for free delivery.
Orders are generally dispatched the working day after the order has been received.
Orders are sent out by Royal Mail using First Class Recorded Delivery. If the weight of the order is excessive it will be sent out via a selected courier.
Orders will be sent to the confirmed address provided by Paypal for security reasons.
Returns and refunds
Picbits operate a 14 day return policy on all items except made to order items.
If a product is found to be faulty then use the "contact us" feature to arrange a returns note. Items are returned at the customers expense and responsibility. Replacement items are sent out at our cost.
If you have incorrectly ordered an item then you can return it within 14 days at your cost. We charge a 20% restocking fee and the remainder will be refunded by Cheque or Paypal depending on the method of original payment. Postage fees will not be refunded.
If we have sent out an incorrect item then we will arrange a replacement to be sent out at our cost. Please contact us with the details of the problem and we will get it sorted for you. Via prior arrangement you can order and pay for a replacement to be sent out while the incorrect item is being returned. When the item has been received by ourselves we will refund the postage you have paid to return the original item(s) and also refund the replacement order (including postage).
No refunds or returns will be accepted unless you have contacted us first and received a returns number
Shortages
In the unlikely event that you are missing any items please contact us within 3 days of your order being delivered. We will send out at our expense any items that were missed from your original order.
